His new album, “Thousand Mile Stare,” is included in a limited collector’s edition box set. Two other music collections include a CD of his best remixes along with 13 previously unreleased demos. These don’t come on CD. They have been collected and uploaded to a cassette-shaped USB. The pre-orders are happening through November 18 with an official release date of December 12.
