What do Madonna and football have in common!? Well, not much exactly… but that’s not the point! It’s Official people, Madonna will be performing for the first time ever on America’s biggest stage Superbowl Sunday (February 5, 2012). That’s right guys, Madonna will be taking over the halftime show… So, mark your calenders for Superbowl XLVI its going to be EPIC! What do you guys think she’ll sing? I Bet they are going to do an amazing medley of all her hit songs. Usually, the halftime show is one of the most anticipated moments for football. Picking the heiress of music, of course, was the best choice.
A message posted on Madonna’s official website reads: “We are happy to confirm that Madonna will perform in the Bridgestone Super Bowl XLVI Halftime Show at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on Sunday, February 5, as announced during tonight’s game on NBC!
“The Material Girl has partnered with a creative team from Cirque du Soleil, Jamie King, and multimedia artists from Moment Factory, to create a signature performance for the Super Bowl’s Halftime Show, which will be broadcast worldwide.”
