I am really proud to be named America’s Best DJ. When I look at the Top 100 list, there are so many talented people on there, people that I have looked up to for years. America’s Best DJ summer tour kicks off this month with stops in Detroit, San Francisco, Baltimore, and Los Angeles. The tour is presented by Pioneer and has some heavy hitting DJ’s rocking the streets. Dj Skribble, Eric Morillo, Colette, BT, Bassnectar, and Skrillex are only some of the amazing DJ’s mixing it up.

Katrina ,who’s scheduled to be in Atlantic City tonight at the DJ Expo, has released some chart topping remixes. “OPM” is available on iTunes with four mixes including a collab with DJ Dave Aude. Its taking the dance world by storm… ‘OPM’ seems to be the #1 pick among the record pools. Here’s the news that broke the net yesterday…
“OPM,” the debut dance single from Katrina, makes its debut at #48 this week on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play Chart and also premieres at #39 on the DJ Times Crossover chart. In addition to the DJT chart debut, “OPM” was the #1 pick among all songs that the record pools reported to the DJ Times this week.
In other news, Katrina has been booked to perform “OPM” at the Promo Only Summer Sessions Convention in Atlantic City on August 8th. This is the largest gathering of the most influential Dance executives in the industry and Katrina will be a featured performer for the event.
“OPM” is now available digitally on iTunes with four mixes by #1 remixer and DJ Dave Aude with versions by Val Garay/Nic tenBroek and Tha Fruitbat. An additional iTunes single of the DJ Escape & Tony Coluccio Tribal mixes will be available separately on iTunes. “OPM” was written by Katrina, Val Garay, Bonnie Hayes and Sam Sarpong and is the first dance single released on Katrina’s debut CD In The Blink Of An Eye.
In The Blink Of An Eye was released earlier this year and is collaboration with Grammy-winning producer/engineer Val Garay and songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Bonnie Hayes. The first single from In The Blink Of An Eye, “Shame On Me,” debuted at radio last February and was #1 for over 12 weeks on the Clear Channel “New” Charts.
