This summer the heat is getting to all of us. Here are some quick easy ways you can beat the heat, and the UV rays. One of the leading causes today of skin cancer is from poor tanning and sunburns. Be Careful out there! Be smart about the sun, and Don’t forget the care for your skin now will pave your future.

SUNGLASSES : This has to be one of my biggest obsessions, and they save you from the harsh sun-rays. I get most of my shades from small end stores like Urban Outfitters, Target, or Macy’s but if you don’t mind spending some cash on your shades Sun-glass Hut always has the best new styles.

SUNSCREEN : If you are going to be out in the sun you HAVE  have on some sunscreen. You will thank me later, believe me. I can’t stress to you how important the sunscreen is. They say minimum of SPF 15 is needed.

SHORTS : Right now the Bermuda shorts are in. Take advantage of it! They are there to make you feel comfortable, and they really look good on everyone. Just be glad mini shorts aren’t in-style right now. Bermudas are your friend!

SANDALS : The perfect shoe for summer…. the sandal! They have so many styles you can wear one with anything you have on. From flip flops to gladiators… you name it, I can find one for you.

TANK TOPS : In the summer time its really important to stay cool, so, even if you don’t like the “tank top look” try to find shirts that don’t over heat you. Avoid dark colors, and heavy prints. Think smart-its summer. So… go with light colors, airy materials, and stay cool people!
