This is the most exciting time of the year for all us Fashion buffs. This is the time of year that we set the trends, see if our predictions were correct, and set some new industry standards.

Here’s a couple of my predictions of 2011:

Trend 1: Short Pixie cut-

Short Pixie hairstyles are always trendy to wear no matter what is trending. Depending on the shape of your face, there are lots of short haircuts that suit you perfectly- the right choice is always available for you. The variations of the Pixie style are remarkable! There are at least 7 different versions of it going around right now… check out these celebs that rock the pixie style in their own ways!

The pixie hairstyle is very popular among short haircuts; this brings attention to your features by adding its own unique look, and is some of the most heavily used haircut styles by celebrities… So, having a short pixie haircut will never go out of trend. You can always stay fashionable in parallel with the current fashion trends!

This hairstyle looks good for any face shape, and will give a sexy young look to the girl wearing it. Although the pixie hairstyle is fashionable and practical with oval, long, round, square, heart shaped faces… it looks best on a round face.
