The Smirnoff nightlife Exchange Projected 2011 announced its line-up today via IntheMix. Among some of the worlds greatest acts this year they welcome duo Junior Jack & Kid Creme alongside fellow house heavyweight Alex Gaudino. Meanwhile, homegrown stars Nervo and the Bang Gang DJs will be flown to Italy to show what we’re made of.
This time round, the number of countries taking part in the Nightlife Exchange has shot up from 14 to 50. In 2011, our ambassador is Ministry Of Sound’s leading lady and all-round in-demand DJ Anna Lunoe. Via a hub on Facebook.com/SmirnoffAustralia, you’re all invited to make suggestions for what represents the best of our local after-dark culture. It’s then up to Lunoe to put together the nightlife ‘crate’ that’ll be sent along with Nervo and the Bang Gang boys.
“We have had some awesome suggestions so far on what makes Australia’s nightlife truly unique, so we expect the event on 12 November to be a one-of-a-kind experience in both countries,” says Lunoe in a statement.
Smirnoff has started The Nightlife Exchange Project , and it was announced on Friday that Madonna joined in the mix!
The Smirnoff Co. today launches the next Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange Project with the bold goal of inspiring 10 million people in 50 countries to discover, share and swap their most original nightlife experiences. The Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange Project is an ambitious attempt to discover the world’s most unique nightlife, culminating in one-of-a-kind events taking place on the same night all over the world. This year, Madonna joins The Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange Project in a bid to find the best dancer to join her next tour.
“What attracted me to the Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange Project is the combination of participating in the celebration of nightlife around the world and the opportunity to discover the world’s best unknown dancers,” said Madonna. “The best dancers are always in the clubs looking for the most original experience, just like Smirnoff is doing.”
